Role
The role of business development at iLiv is to deliver business outcomes for the company. You will be tasked with on-boarding practitioners and providers (pharmacies and labs) on the iLiv platform and ensuring product usage. We are in the most critical and challenging phase of our startup journey. We are looking for champions who can help us achieve the desired product-market fit in Gurugram and set us up for large scale adoption.
Responsibilities
On-board practitioners - meet practitioners, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution, communicate terms of use, understand required product enhancements, get application installed on practitioner and clinical / administrative staff devices, input data, images, files and links in doctor application, improve marketing collaterals and strategies.
Ensure usage by practitioners - assist practitioners in initial product usage, monitor usage statistics, deliberate usage issues and possible enhancements with practitioners, communicate with product team to resolve issues and contribute to roadmap, align on roadmap with practitioners, ensure usage continuity.
Improve patient adoption and activity - put up iLiv branding materials at practitioner facilities, monitor download and activity statistics, improve patient funnel through improvements at the facility, targeted patient communication, facilitating product enhancements and improvements in patient marketing.
Activate providers and ensure real time response - on-board nearby pharmacies and labs (product demonstration, communicate terms of use, value proposition, ensure download on maximum number of devices),monitor activity, identify issues and possible solutions.
Ensure revenue collection and minimize leakage - Manage provider relationships, solve reconciliation issues and ensure timely receipt of iLiv technology service fees
Manage your business pipeline - Generate practitioner and provider leads through secondary research and on-field interactions, generate competitive intelligence, establish weekly and monthly targets, update progress on pipeline and prioritize actions.
Skills needed
Tech savvy, highly motivated, energetic, self-starter, team player.
Fast learner and excellent secondary research capabilities
Confident, fluent and soft communicator and presenter.
Active listener with excellent retention.
Good analytical and structuring capabilities.
Good logical reasoning, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
Ability to forge long term relationships.
Proficient with MS Office or other equivalent applications
Minimum qualification and experience
M.B.A., B.B.A., B.Tech., B.E. or B.Com. from a reputed institute
Some background in healthcare would be a plus
Experience in Healthcare Sales would be a strong plus
Compensation and career benefits at iLiv:
Fully variable compensation during first three months of probation
Starting fixed compensation will be Rs. 40,000 per month
Total compensation will always be directly proportional to target completion and can reach upto Rs. 2 lac per month at the Associate level.
