Technical and Managing Work:
The candidates are required to have good functional knowledge of quality processes and QC tools and should be adept in developing and implementing standard operating procedures:
· Experience quality process implementation-related tasks (adherence to quality processes, guidelines, tools and reporting)
· Set up and/or maintain controls and documentation
· Review various process artefacts or documents
· Participate in various project/delivery governance meetings
· Perform internal audits for different process compliances like quality management and/or information security
· Possess effective communication and presentation skills
· Be process-oriented and have an analytical mind-set, with good follow-up skills
ISMS Responsibilities
· Adhere to information security policies
· Perform information security audits based on the processes mandated by Indegene and customers
· Report potential security incidents
· Analyse security incidents, infer and recommend actions
Desired Skills
· BCA/BCom/B.Sc preferred
· A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
· Hands-on experience on any process audits and facilitation
· Good communication skills
· Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 27001/CMMI SVC and DEV
· Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques
