Job Description

  • Complete knowledge of companies act 2013.
  • Preparing & Filing of Different forms under Companies Act
  • Drafting Notice, Agenda, resolution, XBRL filing and minutes of meetings.
  • Negotiating, drafting and finalizing various contracts.
  • Maintaining Statutory Registers as per Companies Act 2013.
  • Dealing/ Liaison with various authorities and department.
  • Coordinating with banks and handling compliance with govt. bodies.
