• Implementing Cloud Resources in Azure including

• Azure Fundamentals (Enrollment, Subscription, Management Group, RBAC, Tagging, Blueprints)
• Azure Compute (VMs, Scale Sets, Cloud Services - Worker/Web)
• Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Disk)
• Azure Networking (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN)
• Azure Security (Firewalls, Azure Security Center, WAF, IDS, IPS, NSG)
• Authoring Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates
• Excellent understanding of Network Virtualization concepts and hands-on experience with VMWARE(Optional),Hyper-V, KVM & Containers
• Analyze, design, test, install, documentation, implement and support complex network solutions in Azure Cloud
• Prepare and maintain up to date documentation for internal and external customers detailing configuration of deployed solutions
• Experience in Point-to-site virtual private network (VPN),Site-to-site VPN, Azure ExpressRoute
• Knowledge in Azure Storage
• Solid understanding of network protocols such as Ethernet, TCP/UDP/IP, ARP, ICMP, DNS, HTTP/S, IPSEC, SNMP, and SMTP. Familiarity with network architectures such as core/distribution/access and leaf/spine.
• Experience with Azure Express Route, Availability Zones, Virtual Private Gateways, IPSEC tunnels, Azure networking concepts.
• Solid understanding of routing including experience working with routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
• Experience performing complex network troubleshooting using industry standard tools such as Wireshark, nslookup/dig, icmp, tcpdump on network/security devices and Windows/Linux endpoints. Experience reviewing network related logs on Windows and Linux endpoints for troubleshooting purposes.
• Working knowledge of PKI and SSL certificates.
• Basic understanding or experience with VMWare vSphere, NSX, vSwitch, and ESXi hosts and how to troubleshoot networking problems.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Linux-based network operating systems.

• Conducting Azure Cloud Migrations

• Facilitate cloud migration preparations
• Conduct Assessments and Report Creation
• Coordinating cloud migration (application owners, vendor support, customer infrastructure support, etc.)
• Knowledge on Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery
• Conduct cutovers
• Facilitate testing
• Facilitate handover
• Facilitate rollbacks/rescheduling if required
• Migration Status reporting

• Working knowledge in the following areas of Azure

• Azure Identity (Authentication & Authorization)
• Azure Compute (VMs, ScaleSets, Cloud Services - Worker/Web)
• Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Disk)
• Azure Networking (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN)
• Azure ExpressRoute, VPN, NVA, Routing, Hub-Spoke, BGP
• Azure Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting
• Azure Security (Firewalls, Azure Security Center, WAF, IDS, IPS, NSG)
• Authoring Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates
• Experience with AWS/GCP/AzureStack/OpenStack will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge and exposure working across various services and components in Azure
• Knowledge on Cloud Architectures - IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, Docker.
• Datacenter Infrastructure Administration
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Communicates clearly and tactfully
• Ensures information is accurate and complete
• Motivated and quick learner
• Willingness mentor, teach, share knowledge with team members and other operational teams
