Position Summary

The Associate will support departmental operations by ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. The role involves coordination, documentation, execution of assigned tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks in accordance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records as per regulatory and company requirements.

• Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Monitor daily activities and report deviations or issues to supervisors.

• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

• Participate in process improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.

• Contribute to team objectives and performance targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Chemistry / Engineering / relevant discipline.

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry (Freshers may apply, if applicable).

• Basic understanding of GMP, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation practices.
