Themainresponsibilitiesoftheroleareto:
- Expert knowledge on incident management, Problem management, Change management.
- Knowledge of Release management & should be able to drive RGB/ CAB & Emergency CAB meetings.
- Will be the contact point for all team members, so communication skills should be excellent. Also, should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
- Should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

appropriate
- Basic knowledge on various SAP Modules. Hands on to Incident Management & Change Management tools.
Supportdevelopmentactivitiesbyhelpingincodebuildanddeployment,toolconfigurationmanagementand administration,applicationenvironmentsetup,changeandreleasemanagement
Developspecialistknowledgeinrelevantsystems,documentingandsharingthatknowledge,asrequired,with globalteams
Liaisewithstakeholdersonpotentialprocessimprovements
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
EssentialExperience:(Musthaveskills)
2-4yearsofpriorexperienceinapplicationsupportandmaintenance (L2/L3support)
Developmentandtroubleshootingexperiencein Solution manager CHARM/ CPS or BPA.
Good knowledge on Solution Manager/Job Scheduling System.
- GoodhandsonexperiencewithMS DOC, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should be able to handle report extraction from various tools.
- Experienceworkingwiththirdpartyvendorapplications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
