Job description: 

Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound calls from customers and clients.
2. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
3. Upsell other products wherever possible.
4. Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity
5. Maintain good customer relations.
6. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
7. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months of work experience required in any UK process
2. Prior experience in UK Telecom Customer Service preferred
3. Excellent communication skills in English

Salary:  upto 25,000/- (Monthly CTC) Depending upon experience
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
