Responsibilities

Perform activities that enable shipment tracking in the FourKites platform
Partner with internal stakeholders across geographies, functions and departments in achieving key goals and metrics for customers
Demonstrate a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
Ability to extract, Analyse and report on data

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

Role

2-3 years of experience working in operational roles.
Distinctive problem solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in MS office
Excellent attention to detail , strong prioritization skills
Demonstrate a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
Fluent in English with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
Self-starter, seeks out challenges
Past experience with customer success, sales or customer service is a plus
