Designation: Associate - Customer Support
1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
3. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
6. Take the extra mile to engage customers and act as customer s advocate
7. To share VOC of the customers and assist to improve processes and policies
What You Will Need To Succeed
1. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role 0 - 4 years
2. Familiarity with our industry is a plus
3. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
4. Understanding of how CRM systems work.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
6. Multi-tasking abilities
7. English and Hindi should be fluent to communicate other languages are added advantage
