Associate Designer jobs - Bangalore - CSDBC Engineering pvt.ltd - 0.5 to 1.5 years of experience - 13 November 2018

The role of an Associate designer is to work independently on small and medium scale projects, and as a team member of a larger project under the guidance of a Project Manager on building division. An associate civil designer will perform a variety of tasks which may include commercial building, industrial building, Apartment buildings and master planning projects.

• Performs more complex architectural plan and sketch tasks assigned on building division and related projects, under supervision of Project manager from counterpart.
• Performs more complex structural plan and detail plans and drawings assigned on building division and related projects, under supervision of Project manager from counterpart.
• Prepare architectural plans, Elevations, structural plans and detail drawings as per comments from the counterpart and developers.
• Involved in the permitting process of projects, which may require meeting with clients, other consultants or counterpart project managers.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned by the project Manager or Line manager.
