TIBCO is looking for an individual who strives for perfection, loves coding and hacking together awesome products and tools for developers to take up the role of Developer Experience Technologist for TIBCO’s cloud platform - TIBCO® Connected Intelligence Cloud.

As a developer experience technologist, you’ll be responsible for designing and building a cohesive developer experience that empowers our users to move fast and build cloud-native solutions with efficiency. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who loves coding and wants to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.

• Be the voice of the customer. Understand the different personas and identify what we can build to empower them to be more productive
• Engage with some of TIBCO’s largest customers to identify gaps, pain points as well as discover new concepts and ideas that can be incorporated into the roadmap.
• Drive user research by conducting user interviews/workshops and looping the relevant feedback into product design
• Drive product design and experience with multiple teams of awesome engineers, designers, and product specialists
• Work with UX team to create mockups
• Code and hack together solutions using JS and Go
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
