JOB TITLE : Associate Director, MedTech Rapid Prototyping µFab - 1 position
Job Profile :The Associate Director will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the NBM Medtech Rapid Prototyping µFab at CCAMP. Specific tasks include administration of purchase, customs, MTAs, calibration, contracts, import/export, as well as the preventive and corrective maintenance, repair of all lab equipment, and overseeing projects involving photolithography and CNC/pilotscale fabrication. Would also be involved in preparing the documentation for ISO certification of the facility. Expertise is also required with ERP systems, timely product procurement via an indenting process, follow-through on ordered items, and standard software packages such as Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint. Coordination with the IT team is also required. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the laboratory, electronic record keeping, organizing warranties and other procurement-related documents and familiarity with all aspects of project, travel and meeting management.
Essential Qualification: A PhD degree in any Science discipline
Experience: 5 years of facility experience in microfabrication or similar roles preferred.
This is a contractual position. Remuneration shall be based on qualification & experience.
