Job Description

Greetings of the day 
  • Designation : Associate/Executive.
  • Process : Domestic Voice Process(Banking Sector).
  • Job Location: Kandanchavadi(OMR)
Job Description:
  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manner within the required performance of the department.
  • Investigate customer's problems providing accurate and factual replies.
  • Escalate customer queries as required.
  • Propose knowledge support articles for all members of the team to use.
Job Criteria:
  • Good Communication in English and Kannada is mandatory.
  • Complete 15 years of Education is mandatory.
  • Graduate without any arrears.
  • Age Limit below 32.
  • Salary 1 50 LPA - 3 0 LPA + High Incentives Per Month(upto 13k).
  • No Cab Facilities.
  • Day Shift for Female & Rotational Shift for Male
