Seeking Financial Solutions Consultants for Award winning Conversational AI Platform
Roles, Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Assess the Problem and Elicit the knowledge - Assessment of the problem / scenario for which knowledge needs to be acquired and elicit the knowledge using Tools and Techniques through analysed problem solving and creation of knowledge maps.
- Structure the Knowledge - The elicited knowledge should be structured and stored into systems such as expert systems, database, knowledge base, knowledge system, Graph database, data representation. Create the structure and format for the knowledge and populate it with the knowledge elicited.
- Maintain and Continually built and improve on : Knowledge Base content, Taxonomy and Organisation, processes for managing knowledge, processes around creation and use of knowledge.
- Map and integrate knowledge articles from the existing knowledge sources on the client side into the knowledge base in CIRA platform
- Build and maintain a robust dataset which will be used by the machine learning module for feature prediction.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in content extraction from URLs and Excel and proficiency in Ontologies.
Skills / Competencies
- Proven experience of Knowledge Management processes for a particular domain, such as finance, insurance, technology or similar
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail; strong analytical skills; and strong time management skills
- Demonstrated experience with identifying, tracking and managing project issues / challenges and ensure they are reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Attention to detail, proven record of meeting deadlines, and results-oriented.
- Proven successful experience as independent contributor with ability to drive change
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows
- Strong technical writing and copy editing skills; Preparing, rewriting and editing copy to improve readability.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to gather technical requirements from clients, including understanding what the client needs even if client is not able to articulate it, and relaying it back to technical teams so that it may be implemented
- Ability to gather and assimilate knowledge of a given domain, such as finance, quickly
- Ability to proactively identify business problems and solutions before the client
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, linguistics, translation or a closely-related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in knowledge/data/content management and/or process analytics field, especially relating to A.I/M.L products
- Experience with Ontological Design: data schema and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong logical and conceptual thought processes
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and web based knowledge management platforms.
