MBA/PGDM from Tier I Business School and/or B.Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs).
3-4 yrs of planning and strategy experience at top class creative agencies.
Deep understanding of written and visual communication and an appreciation for the details.
Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (advertising, web, social, influencer marketing, email, in-product, etc.).
Experience in marketing mobile apps (app store optimization, mobile advertising) is an advantage.

In First Week...
Understand Toppr’s journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
Spend time with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s offering, its competition, and future outlook.
By Day 30…
Execute brand promotions and strategies that move audiences from general awareness to deeper interest in Toppr.
Own the measurement of brand marketing efforts, in partnership with the analytics team, consistently using internal data and market research to improve efforts as we go. Measure the impact of work and use data to refine priorities.
Recruit, develop, and retain talented and motivated employees. Promote clear and direct performance management and ensure appropriate succession for all roles.
By Day 90…
Conduct various primary and secondary research, focus group studies to finetune campaigns and launch new campaigns. Manage best-in-class agency partners to help execute campaigns at scale
Mentor your team members who are responsible for the company blog, website, newsletter, events, PR strategies, and other ATL/BTL activities.
