What your day will look like at TransOrg? End to end responsibility of recruitment cycle from sourcing, short-listing, pitching, communication, coordination, scheduling, and negotiation. Leveraging fully alternative hiring sources like LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs.com, and other job boards and portals to source quality talent. Maintain accurate candidate/employee documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations. Compliance with recruitment guidelines and adherence to approval processes. Generate and maintain timely reports to facilitate effective business decision making. Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals. Create robust communication forums and facilitate employee engagement initiatives. Conduct one on one, skip levels with employees to gather the pulse of the business, leading to grievance resolution if any Play a key role in creating and implementing new joinee induction and support the entire new joinee integration. Analyze data, prepare and publish dashboards, identify trends and suggest HR interventions on a timely basis Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of Business Monitor all operational activities carried out with respect to the HR life cycle in accordance with set standards & statutory compliance Conduct regular internal audits to ensure a system of consistency with policy and processes Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and develop a strong understanding of the business environment to implement HR initiatives
What are we looking at? Bachelor's degree in any stream. Preferably have a relevant postgraduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline).
2-4 years of recruiting and sourcing experience. Preferably in analytic hiring. Prior experience on sourcing of job profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn is mandatoryStrong communication skills, business/industry understanding, and negotiation skill Familiarity with various recruitment tools, channelsAbility to multi-task and possess knack for data Good communication skills Excellent in interpersonal Skills
