We are hiring for Associate ICCR / Sr associate ICCR for the International Recruitment process- Openings for US process - Voice (Fixed Sat & Sun Offs).- To provide timely and effective resolutions to clients' and candidates' queries.
Job Description for ICCR:- Responsible for handling IT and Non-IT requirements from US-based candidates.- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.- Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds and Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine the experience and skill level.- Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail, and the Intent to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability, and visa status.
- Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Ensure the candidate is available and ready to take up the position.- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects the candidate's experience and requirements.- Submit the profile of the candidate for approval.- Negotiate salary with candidates and close the position.- Arrange for client interviews and possible offer of employment Act as first point-of-contact for candidates and maintains monthly contact with candidates.- Update the Resourcing Application System daily.- Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.
Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process.- Male candidates only.- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
