· Keen to explore in IT recruitment field
· Excellent with verbal and written communication skills
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process across business functions by working closely with stakeholders and hiring leaders.
· Carry out recruitment activities to ensure key deliverables are met with a key focus on direct sourcing.
· Resourceful in candidate sourcing techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, networking, and direct recruiting techniques) to deliver best-in-class talent solutions.
· Conduct initial talent screening and launching of assessments
· Developing sourcing strategies and research methodology that is successful in attracting viable candidates through social media & networking, web sourcing, online job boards, candidate referrals, etc.
· Execute behavioural-based phone interviews, video conferences, and/or in-person interviews pre-screen candidates
· Coordination of interviews with the hiring leaders and candidates.
· Manage employer brand to attract high-quality candidates to join.
· Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence insights to business stakeholders, hiring leaders, and HR Business Partners to provide pro-active recruitment guidance.
· Identify any recruitment gaps and provide suggestions to set the business in the right direction to achieve business goals.
