Role
Our giving product helps millions of people by raising funds for them in time of need. We support NGOs as well as individuals to come on Giveindia platform and raise money for their cause. To ensure trust and integrity in our work, we constantly engage with our donor and NGO partners for any queries and support.
This is an extremely wonderful opportunity for a young individual who is eager to learn about the social sector and loves to interact with people. S/he will be the face of the organization for all NGOs that are engaging with our platform. The person will get to understand the nuances of the non-profit ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships with NGO partners by ensuring a positive fundraising experience
- Be the first point of contact for NGOs - support NGOs to raise funds on our platforms, guiding them through the various tools and features available on the platform, coordinate and communicate on money disbursements to the NGOs, give clarity on any support that we can provide apart from monetary support etc.
- Develop deep understanding of GiveIndia's offerings to help the NGOs troubleshoot and navigate through processes
- Take ownership of end-to-end NGO experience
- Ensure stakeholder’s delight by assisting NGO partners with prompt responses
- Document feedback by the NGOs and share it internally to improve processes
- Have a cross-functional approach and work with all other teams to resolve NGO issues
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of work experience
- Want to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the society
- Want to work with one of the best non-profit teams of India
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can stretch at work
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Willing to communicate through calls, email and chat and be open to learning to use other new channels or processes
- Be an excellent NGO advocate internally and support the NGOs in all possible ways
- Work fast and be flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.
- The person should be willing to work six days a week
- Customer support background required. Ecommerce experience is a plus
