The role involves providing contract services to multi-national corporate customers bearing ultimate responsibility for client deliverable. You will be a part of a dedicated team for drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.Deliver high quality work to clients as per the SLA; 100% compliance to client SLAs. Achieve individual and team targets as assigned by the Manager.  Ensuring closure of any feedback received from the customer.  Ability to compose clear, to-the-point messages, drafting emails and reporting.Ability to take feedbacks positively and improve the performance.  Complying with all specific company policies to apply without exception, including but not limited to compulsory adherence of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 guidelines.  Participating in Learning and Development activities at various levels; supporting various Org and BU wide initiatives.

Qualifications
Lawyers with 0-1 year of experience.  Basic knowledge of commercial contracts.  Drafting/Redlining: Ability (or potential, with starter level training) to draft and redline/mark up commercial contracts.  High level of computer proficiency in MS Office.
