Hi,

• We are hiring  MIS and Operations  profile  and  are pleased to invite you for a face to face discussion with us on  1st  May to 3rd  May (Wednesday to Friday)

• Please carry two copies of your updated resume and report on time.

• No. of Year Experience: 1-3 
• Qualification: Must be a graduate and should not have any back logs (Any stream)

• Excellent Hands-on knowledge of Excel including formulas (Like: Vlookup, Hlookup, Date validation, IF condition, Auto filter, etc.).

• Preparing Inventory in excel, well versed with excel Functions like Pivot, Chart’s preparation, etc.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage

Functional Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and tracker maintain.
• Maintaining all PO and Invoices Copy
• Responsible for timely Renewal of all services (ex: AMC, Software licenses etc.)
• Coordination with Finance Team for the Invoices settlement.
• Coordinating with multiple Users & vendor for resolving issues in invoices.
• Timely collection of all invoices from multiple vendors for validation & payments .
• Follow-up with vendor for Credit note on case-to-case basis (ex: downgrade & upgrade of services) if required .
• Coordinate with internal finance team for Payment status .Should be comfortable for 6 days working
