- Managing accounts during Payment Gateway integration
- Good understanding of IT terminologies and concepts
- Working with Products, Tech team and understand different product flow
- Attending meetings/con calls with Merchant's Tech/Business team
- Understanding Merchant's flow, requirements and suggesting the solution to them
- Responding to customer emails/calls in a timely and professional manner
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the merchant integration Issue.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Ask merchant the targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Understanding Tech issues involved in integration & Providing resolution
- Automate process to solve Merchant integration issue
Skill set required:-
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and to provide step-by-step technical help
- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills
- Prior experience in client, account management would be preferred
Requirements-
Must be a Graduate - B.Tech , BCA , MCA , M.Tech (Only)Should have atleast 1 year of relevant experienceMale candidates preferred
