Position: – Associate Manager -Marketing, Open Programmes
Major Duties & Responsibilities: This is a hands-on role and the selected person must have exceptional abilities as a marketing professional. Must understand the customer needs and design the marketing collaterals and the marketing campaigns keeping the customer needs at the core. Should be able to analyze the past-data to make sense of the broad trends and build strategies that are data driven.Responsible for developing a marketing and promotional plan that aligns with the most effective way to reach the target audience for the programmes. Must lead the end-to-end execution of the Marketing Plan - including campaign planning, analysis, execution, tracking, reporting and troubleshooting.
Creation of impactful marketing collaterals viz. Webpages, brochures, testimonials for use across different media platforms. Monitoring the marketing campaigns for its performance and delivery and optimize the campaigns to achieve the desired performance of the campaign. Must guide all the interested participants on the most suitable long duration Programme given their qualifications and experience. Creation of MIS and Dashboards for the benefits of all stakeholders.
Interact with various functions and Faculty as and when required. Support as and when required, the research on best-in-class practices in executive education. To develop knowledge and keep oneself updated on the assigned programmes and industry verticals
Key Skills / Abilities / Knowledge required: Should have a good grasp of the management concepts, frameworks and tools for the various functional areas of management and should be able to use this knowledge to relate to the customer requirements. Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner. Computer literate and experience in database navigation and should be well-conversant with MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, Power Point)
Educational qualification and Experience: Candidate should be a Graduate from a reputed Institution
Candidates should have minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience/ Sales and Marketing experience in a B2B or B2C environment
Age: Should be between 35 - 40 years.
Compensation: Monthly CTC will be in the range of Rs. 68,000 – Rs. 73,000
Reporting Relationships:Associate Manager - Marketing, Open Programmes will be reporting to Chief Programme Officer.
Audience/interface: Internal: Faculty, Staff./ External: Corporates, Industries
This position is on contract. Selected candidates should be prepared to take up the assignment immediately. Maximum age limit for being appointed under these Rules will ordinarily not exceed 60 years for Non-teaching staff, subject to discretion from the director.
