In this role, you will put your leadership skills to test by managing a team of software developers with a broad range of accountabilities including software architecture, design, development, unit testing, and software configuration management. You will utilize your expertise by monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization, and performance management. You will partner with key stakeholders both off-shore and on-shore and deliver on the service level agreements. You will invest time daily on all projects to remove impediments by providing solutions to technical problems along with coordinating architecture review, oversight, and implementation in conjunction with the WU-Architecture team.

To excel in this role, you will need a bachelor’s degree in computer science with 8+ years of experience in software development, management with prior experience managing onshore and offshore delivery, including working overlapping business hours to partner with onshore teams. You should have demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology hurdles with a can-do attitude. Your experience within Agile and Iterative development methodologies are important to us. You should have experience in IIB9/10 with DataPower XI52, XG45, SOAP, XML, and JSON messages, communication protocols. Knowledge of TIBCO BW6.X, AWS, JAVA integration technologies such as Camel, Kafka is a big plus.
