Responsibilities Manage international clients and generate leads To route the clients SMS traffic through alternate international vendor should there be any issue in the route or if there is any price change Interaction with internal teams to resolve the clients issue Monitoring daily credits and currency usage, delivery reports, etc of all international clients Proactive monitoring of delivery rates and prices for all clients and raising the concerns to teams for faster resolution Reconciliation of invoices of vendors as well as clients Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree and work experience of minimum 2 years Must be familiar with the SMS routing mechanism and with global aggregators o Should be well versed with MS Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales Excellent communication and analytical skills Client handling experience
