The Role & Responsibilities TresVista is looking to hire an Associate in the Ops and Analytics department who will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resource program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. Managing a team of Executive and Analysts Keeping abreast with the industry best practices and new trends in HR domain Managing and resolving employee grievances Assisting in framing, analyzing and revising the existing HR policies Identifying policy gaps and creating new policies to fill these gaps Ensuring proper implementation of human resource policies and procedures Working Closely with the departments to facilitate the business needs Acting as the first line of contact in Human Resources for all operational queries Staying abreast with market best practices and suggesting implementation of relevant tools/processes Generating monthly reports for management and stakeholders Identifying and mitigating process and communication gaps on systems and processes Maintaining and updating all employee records Prerequisites Creative & having an eye for details Flexible with timing Excellent communication and negotiation skills Great interpersonal skills Experience Graduate in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience MBA in HR with 2 years of relevant experience Education Any graduate or MBA in HR Compensation Commensurate with industry standards
