Job Description

Position : Associate Product Manager

Location : Bangalore

Employment status : Regular, Full-time

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Qualification & Experience : 

  • A graduate in engineering, science or commerce. MBA from premier colleges preferred.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a software product development organisation
  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Good technical background and strong grasp of product management in the software industry
  • Experience of agile/Kanban product management principles
  • Passion for technology including Cloud, Social, Mobile and Analytics in B2B and B2C
  • A prior history of working well with internal and external stakeholders including executives, peers, customers, and partners
  • A unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
  • Good knowledge of HR and Payroll practices is a plus
  • Experience in tools like Moqup, Visio, Jira, Activiti or kind of BPM tools
