To succeed in this position, education & skills required:

Authors simulations and practice activities using Adobe Captivate for the given workflow in consultation with the SMEs.
Edits simulations to integrate voices to the slides as relevant.
Authors topics or assessments within Learning Content Management Systems using its native features and elements.
Collaborates with the Voiceover artists to get the voiceovers recorded.
Follows the courseware design standards and guidelines as defined to ensure high quality deliverables.
Follows content repository guidelines and conventions to ensure long-term maintenance and upkeep of training content.
Works closely with the project managers to support PM-related activities and completion of deliverables as per schedules.
Follows and applies the principles of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) ISD model.
Participates in design and content reviews with Education Services and cross-functional team members.
With assistance from a senior ID, gathers, evaluates, and where appropriate, acts upon client feedback to enhance course design.
Prioritizes multiple tasks within the assigned project according to specified deadlines.
