Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor job recruitment in IIITDM Kurnool

Assistant Professor (Grade II) (on contract)

Qualification : Ph.D

Pay : At entry level of Rs. 70900/- in Pay Level 10 (as per 7th CPC along with allowances admissible)

Assistant Professor (Grade II) (on contract)

Qualification : Ph.D

Experience : 01 year

Pay : At entry level of Rs. 71000/- in Pay Level 11 (as per 7th CPC along with allowances admissible)

Assistant Professor (Grade I)

Qualification : Ph.D

Experience : 03 years after Ph.D or 06 years total (not counting) Ph.D. enrolment period) after obtaining M.Tech. degree.

Pay : Rs. 101500 - 167400 (minimum pay of Rs. 101500/-) Pay Level 12 (as per 7th CPC along with allowances admissible )

Associate Professor

Qualification : Ph.D

Experience : 06 years after Ph.D or 09 Years total (not counting Ph.D Enrolment period) out of which 03 years should be after Ph.D. Three years at the level of Assistant Professor with AGP of Rs.8000 or its equivalent in 7th CPC at a reputed university, R&D Lab or relevant industry

Pay : Basic Pay at the entry level would be Rs.1,39,600/- at Academic Pay Matrix level 13A2 in 7th CPC.

Application Fee : Non-refundable application fee of Rs 500/- is to be paid in the form of Demand Draft in favor of “Registrar IIITDM Kurnool”. SC/ST, Physically Handicapped, and Women employees are not required to submit the application fee.

Modeof Selection : The selection process consists of two phases a) Seminar Presentation b) Interview The shortlisted candidates will be invited to give seminar presentation before the duly constituted committee. Only the candidates recommended by the committee based on their performance in the seminar presentation shall attend interview before the selection panel.

Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Kurnool (IIITDM Kurnool) is a “Center of Excellence” for technical education established in 2015 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India to pursue design and manufacturing oriented engineering education and to promote the competitive advantage of Indian products in global markets. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has been allocated 151 acres on the outskirts of Kurnool located at Dinnidevarapadu Village and about 12 Kms from Kurnool City Railway station ,City Bus-stand and development of permanent campus is in progress. It is a fully residential campus with all students residing within the campus. The campus houses the academic block, the administrative block, lecture hall complex and laboratory block.
