Non-Teaching posts
Legal Remembrancer : (i) Graduation with at least 55% marks from
any recognized University or its equivalent and LLB with at least 55% marks
from any recognized University. OR Five years integrated Degree Course in Law
with at least 55% marks from any recognized University. (ii) Minimum 10 years
experience at Bar, or the person could be a former Judicial Officer. (iii)
Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric level.
Preference would be given to the candidate having higher
qualifications or a person who has been a practicing advocate in active practice,
for which full proof and particulars and certificate of practice shall be
furnished from the Bar Council along-with list of cases handled and conducted.
Public Relations
Officer : i) Master’s degree in Mass
Communication/Public Relations/ Journalism, with minimum 55% marks from a
recognized University. OR Master’s degree in English with minimum 55% marks
from a recognized University with diploma in Mass Communication/ Public
Relations/ Journalism from a recognized University/Institution. ii) Atleast 5
years experience on the post having 5400/- GP as Deputy Public Relations
Officer or 8 years on the post having 5400/- GP as Asstt. Public Relations
Officer/equivalent in Information or Public Relations Department of the
State/Central Govt., Public Sector Undertaking/University or 8 years editing
experience on the post having 5400/- GP at the level of Sub Editor or above in
a National Newspaper or Television Channel or Publicity Organization of Govt.
or Public Undertaking or University or reputed Publishing House. iii) Knowledge
of Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
Desirable : (i) Experience of media writing and editing;
(ii) Proficiency in use of computer; (iii) Proficiency in English writing; (iv)
Specialisation in Public Relations at Master’s Degree level.
Architect : i) Candidates must have completed degree in Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent qualification with at least 55% marks. ii) Candidates should be registered with the Council of Architecture. iii) Candidates must have five years experience in Architecture in a registered Architect’s office or with the Architectural Department of Government/ Semi Government Organisation/PSU/ University. iv) Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric standard
