Job Description

Associate Program Manager (Remote)

Job Description:

Ensure coordination and closure of various initiatives under taken by the program management team
Liaise with the central teams of the lenders to drive process and product roll-outs

Plan, track and drive various key metrics related to assigned programs for Banks and NBFCs on the Rupeek platform

Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners

Experience:

Work experience of 2+ years
Hands on experience in a startup/own venture is a plus

Qualifications/Desired Attributes :

Education: Engineering degree from Tier-1 Institutes
Good communication skills and relationship management
Hustler with a go-getter attitude
Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities
High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi
