Associate - Public Relations
What you will be doing:
You have the opportunity to elevate the awareness & reputation of upGrad, Asia’s higher edtech leader

Be proactively involved and assist in execution of all PR projects (India & global)
Develop and edit all PR content projects and related internal communications initiatives: Press material, employee emailers, etc
Coordinate & collaborate with internal teams (Design, Social Media) for collating data, briefing teams and developing creatives
Monitor the media presence of the brand, and prepare weekly / monthly / timely reports for presentation to senior management & external stakeholders
Responsible for end-to-end billing and payments with adherence to company’s SOP -timely generation of Purchase Orders, executing legal Contracts and ensuring duly payment to vendors
Coordinate with agencies, media owners and act as the point of contact for all bookkeeping, invoicing procedures

What we are looking for:

0 - 1 year of full-time / part-time experience (freshers can apply) in PR or Corporate Communications team
PG/Post Graduate in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations or relevant field
Good project management skills, with an eye for detail & numbers
Hands-on in making PowerPoint presentations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record of writing impactful copy in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment with absolute clarity for a variety of audiences
Demonstrate accountability and a positive attitude with willingness to learn
A start-up mentality, high sense of urgency as well as an ability in wearing multiple hats
