Job Role: Associate Recruiter
Job Description
1. Understand job descriptions from our clients
2. Work on sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
3. Serve as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
4. Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end
5. Create and publish job ads in various job portals
6. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
7. Screen resumes and job applications
8. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
9. Host and participate in job fairs, drives, and walk-ins
10. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
11. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Must have to apply
1. Graduates or postgraduates shall apply (preferably MBA/BBA)
2. Willing to work in our office at HSR Layout, Bengaluru
3. Good communication skills – must talk freely & sensibly
4. Ability to use computers (Word, Excel & internet)
5. Strong interpersonal skills – must enjoy interacting with people
6. Good written and verbal communications skills – one is expected to understand & write reasonably good emails & converse accordingly with candidates & global clients
