Job Location: Bangalore Shift Time : EST (7:30 pm to 4:30 am) Night Shift Working Days: 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)

Eligibility: Any Graduate

3. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, think proactively, and problem solving skills

4. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and customer focus approach

5. Strong verbal and written communications skills

6. Night shift is a must. With no rotational shift.

Job Description :1. To understand requirements of clients need and deliver qualified consultants.2. Sourcing, identifying and screening potential candidates for contract openings with Clients Projects.3. Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.4. Taking interviews of prospective candidates and educate candidates on NAM process.5. Submit qualified candidates to open positions / job requirements.6. Coordinating and scheduling the interview process with clients Hiring manager through sales team7. Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.8 Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process
