Job Description

Designation : Associate Sales Consultant
Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Week Off)
Budget- UPTO 3.9LPA (25% hike based on interview performance) 
Day Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone.
2) Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
3) Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
4) Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
5) Understanding customer requirement and closing sales.
6) Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Age- 20-30 years only
Gender- Male and Female both can apply.
Qualification- UG or above. 
Language Proficiency- English and Hindi. English must be excellent. 
Work Experience- Minimum 1 year of Field/Direct Sales experience.
Vehicle- 2 wheeler with DL is mandatory.
