Better requires process discipline and simplification
You will be accountable for supporting the Technology Vendor Management and IT service team in managing contractual aspects of the deal, handling contract amendments, contract review, processing & reporting of deliverables & obligations related to the contract. You will validate the service levels and ensure compliance. Also assess the viability of service levels in line with business needs and improvements. You will be responsible for validation and processing of fixed fee, forecast, capacity, base and ARC/RRC based Invoices. You will do the calculation of pricing adjustment, economic change adjustments & COLA / adjustments for inflation & deflation. You will be performing pricing variance analysis in a financial CCR’s to calculate the dollar value impact due to change in the contract.
You have degree in Computer Science/ B. Com / BBM / Engineering or related field like LLB / LLM. You come with 5-8 years of total experience, and 2-3 years of experience dealing with IT service contracts. You are scientific, problem solver and succinct under tight deadlines. You have expertise in BI tools (Tableau),processes engineering and managing IT services arrangements and service providers.
