Job Profile:
● Understanding client hiring requirement● Shortlisting suitable candidates from popular job sites● Calling and introducing the opportunity to potential hires● Clearing doubts and scheduling candidate interviews with clients● Ensuring high turn-out rates for scheduled interviews● Developing different strategies to filter no-shows● Managing end to end recruitment of candidates from shortlisting to on-boarding
Key Deliverables:
● Daily candidate calls● Clarity in communicating client company introduction as well as job roles● Screening and shortlisting of candidates● Candidate tracking and interview monitoring● Ensuring smooth interview and on-boarding● Target orientation
