Job description: Associate/Trainee- Marketing Operations.

1. Develop and maintain a marketing database.
2. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaigns and web/social media metrics.
3. Liaise with inside-sales, CRM's, practice, delivery, L&D, people service, and legal to support in collating data/content for driving internal and external marketing campaigns.
4. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly MarComms dashboard.
5. Perform ad-hoc and miscellaneous data entry tasks to maintain marketing assets.
6. Familiarise with Marketing automation and reporting tools.
7. Perform secondary research.
8. Extend support for launching social media and digital marketing campaigns.
