Job Description:
  • Maximise student admissions to achieve financial goals established by the management.
  • You will be required to speak fluently in Malayalam when convincing candidates.
  • Should be comfortable talking to students over the phone for new registrations.
  • Contact colleges and placement cells for student database.
  • Handling / counselling student queries over the phone and walk-ins.
  • Regular followup with potential students to ensure registration targets are met.
  • Ensure 100% placements of the students, by establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with hiring managers, of various IT companies.
  • Grooming of students for placement.
  • Plan and structure software training activities.
  • Undertake any responsibilities, as directed by the reporting manager, in line with the organisational objectives.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Train and mentor members in your department.
  • Point of contact for all training related queries.
Other Details:
  • You will be required to build database of potential students for this training operation by getting in touch with college, placement cells or web portals. If you have any problem with this, let us know.
  • You will be required to speak and convince candidates in Malayalam. Should be comfortable doing around 30(based on target) quality phone calls on a daily basis. If you have any problem with this, let us know.
  • The upper limit on salary is 20k per month. Incentives will be extra based on performance.
  • Work Timings : Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
