JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop effective marketing communication programs.
Connect with target markets by offering multiple proposal & activities and keep an eye on competitor’s activity too.
Research customers’ (B2B) needs and wants as well as competition information.
Formulate and implement strategic plans to meet customers’ demands related to Product understanding and insight by conducting various workshops or presentation, meeting in person.
Manage promotional & branding activities pan India to endorse Company’s product.
Coordinate & support to Head Sales & Marketing in designing, executing and promoting the Sales Strategies & plans etc.
Monitor marketing campaigns to ensure appropriate execution.
Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials amongst target market across Delhi/NCR first then pan India.
Monitor competitive activity and evaluate marketing campaigns.
Manage photo shoots and update mailing databases.
Carry out customer surveys like feedback of our newly released products etc. to understand demand of the customer.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
He or She has to support in organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions etc.
He or She has to support the Head Marketing and other colleagues whenever required.
Note: The remuneration offered for the proposed position is 1.8 lakh to 2.15 lakh p.a along with the attractive incentives and other benefits like travelling allowance, Mobile Allowance, TA/DA ( in case of travelling outstation ) and performance based yearly appraisal are also done by the organization.
