Assistant Manager (Agricultural Officer)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Agriculture with 50% minimum marks
specialisations such as Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/
Dairy Science/ Agriculture Engineering from recognised university will be
additional preference.
Experience At least 3 years experience in relevant field
Age : Not exceeding 30 years as on 31.12.2018
Scale Selected candidates may be posted in Scale I Cadre.
Cadre, Pay and allowances: Selected candidates shall be posted in Assistant
Manager (Scale-I) cadre. They will be fixed in the following pay scale with
applicable DA 23700 – 980/7 - 30560 – 1145/2 – 32850 - 1310/8 – 43330
The emoluments during the period of probation will be Basic Pay of Rs.23,700/-
plus applicable DA (At present Rs. 14,386/-) and other perquisites like
reimbursement of house rent, fuel, entertainment, canteen, newspaper etc as
applicable to the Scale-I officers.
Manager (Chartered Accountant)
Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant
Experience : 3 years & above working experience in a Banking/FIs/project
appraisal/Risk Management/Treasury/ Foreign Exchange etc.
Age : Not more than 35 years as on 31.12.2018.
Scale Selected
candidates may be posted in Scale II / III exceptionally good candidates shall
be considered for Scale III cadre.
Cadre, Pay and allowances: For Manager (Scale II) : 31705-1145/1 -
32850-1310/11 - 47260 .The emoluments during the period of probation will be
Basic Pay of Rs.31705/- plus applicable DA (At present Rs.19,245/-) and other
perquisites like reimbursement of house rent, fuel, entertainment, canteen,
newspaper etc as applicable to the Scale-II officers.
For Senior Manager (Scale
III): 42020-1310/5-48570-1460/3-52950 The emoluments during the period of
probation will be Basic Pay of Rs.42,020/- plus applicable DA (At present
Rs.25,506/-) and other perquisites like reimbursement of house rent, fuel,
entertainment, canteen, newspaper etc as applicable to the Scale-III officers.
Assistant Manager (Law)
Educational Qualification :A Graduate or Post Graduate in Law with at least 50%
marks
Experience: Practicing as an Advocate for a period of
not less than 4 years in Civil/DRT cases. Persons having work experience in a
Bank or Financial Institution for atleast 2 years as an officer in legal
department will be given preference.
Age : Not exceeding 35 years as on 31.12.2018.
