Job description - Asterisk / VICI Admin
Location– Pune

Good experience on Linux Commands, Linux Administration, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and web maintenance.
Experience in managing, maintaining, installing and configuring Asterisk/VICIdial/VICIbox/GoAutoDial/IP PBX systems
Should have Hands on experience on Dialplan writing for Complex IVR Systems
Creating, Managing and Integrating service provider SIP/VoIP Accounts with asterisk
Ability to Configuring Analogue / PRI Lines
Knowledge in ZAPTEL, DAHDI, Asterisk Implementation and Integration To any call center or contact center environment.
Handle day to day tasks like creating campaigns, loading lists, setting up inbound groups, users, recordings retrieval etc
Able to troubleshoot Dialer/Asterisk related issues and following up with service providers on open issues
Tightening the security of Asterisk Server
Should be hands on in all day to day operational activities of maintaining live platform, Trouble shooting of dialer issues, application (ASTERISK, GOAUTODIAL) issues, Generating and analyzing MIS reports, Resolving complaints
Experience in gathering phone and server log files and configuration data for analysis in order to determine root cause of problems and create solutions
PHP programming experience for customising VICIdial/GoAutoDIal
Good knowledge of MySQL database with database backup and restore
Should have ability to Integrating MySQL and other databases with VICIdial/GoAutoDial platform
Ability to work independently on challenging environment with minimal supervision
In time delivery of task assigned. Documentation & Quality check of delivered task.
Provide standby technical support outside office hours to handle unexpected network issues, asterisk related issue, including weekends.
