Job Description
ATM Maintenance Executive
Bike and licence mandatory
Salary upto 20k
Minimum 10+2 qualification
Rs 200 per ATM
Male candidates only can apply
Hyderabad and Secunderabad location
Role description: Visit ATM and solve the problem
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ATMs, such as replacing worn-out parts, lubricating mechanisms, and cleaning keypads
Troubleshoot and diagnose ATM software and hardware issues
Install and configure new ATMs and related hardware, such as modems, printers, and card readers
Keep track of ATM inventory levels and order replacement parts as needed
Provide technical support to bank personnel and customers, address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on ATMs
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly with regard to security and data privacy
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, as needed
