Job Description
Job Vacancy at CMS Info System | Banking sector | Work from office
Role : ATM Operations
Salary : 12000
Perks : 3000 to 6000
ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Company support
To monitor the ATMs and inform the concerned stakeholders for any issues
To prepare daily Cash Replenishment requirement ATM list, FLM (First line maintenance) and SLM (Second Line Maintenance) machine list.
To communicate with the respective stakeholder to take a quick action for cash replenishment and FLM/SLM activities
To communicate with the ATM vendor via Telephone, email and SMS if there is the requirement of SLM activities.
To prepare daily/weekly report.
To prepare daily ATM uptime report and share to the department Head.
To support cash replenishment for YGN public area ATM corporate with Smart cash VC based on the monitoring team’s cash replenishment report.
To Manage and supervise the FLM (First Line of Maintenance) and SLM (second level maintenance) to YGN public area ATM coordinate with respective vendors for high % of ATM uptime.
SIM bill Top-up to the MPT and Telenor for ATM network
UPS and battery stock controlling
Coordinate with the branches and respective vendors for UPS repairing and ATM Cassette box replacement
UAT Activities of ATMs, CDMs and CRMs
New ATM installation for across the country
