Job Description

Job Position: Audit Executive - SOX profile

Ref. Code : AE-Sp

Functional Area : Management Audit - SOX profile

Number of Position : 01

Location: Sobha Limited, Bangalore

Experience : Min 2 years - 5 years of experience in Internal Audit

Job Description :
  • Ensure that Audits are conducted to confirm business is run in line with Company's Rules, SOPs, accounting Policies, Statutory & other compliances, Internal controls & checks etc. 
  • Ensure up to date master of working, backup data & papers of each audit. 
  • Maintain a cordial working relationship with Auditees.
  • Knowledge of Internal auditing standards, guidelines & procedures, risk assessment and internal control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SOX/IFCR audit and methodology and documentation standards.
  • He should have decent experience in IT General Computer/Application Controls and sound understanding of IT platforms, applications, and related technology.

Desire Profile :
  • B.Com, CA Inter or MBA with relevant experience of 2 to 5 years in conducting Internal Audit. Should have experience into internal audit, process audit, SOX.

Key skills : Management audit, process audit, factory audit, departmental audit, SOX, IFC Cost accounting experie
