Job Description
- Managing Audit and Limited Review of Listed Companies
- GST, Income Tax & TDS Compliance
- Ensuring Proper Applicability of Ind AS/AS on companies
- Compliance with Sch iii Requirements.
Office timing : 10 TO 7:30
Working days in a week : 6 Days ( Monday-Saturday )
Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Supervising and conducting independent audits.
Preparing analysis for departments.
Conducting investigations on irregularities and errors.
Drafting recommendations on corrective measures.
Review accounting procedures
Investigate and determine causes and irregularities
Skills:
Solid knowledge of regulations and guidelines.
A record of success in internal and external audits.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
