Job Description

Referrals invited for Assistant Manager (Corporate Audit)
Location: Noida
Shift timings: 1 PM - 10 PM
Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance)
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in SOX, Internal Audit Methodology
Job Description:
  • Independently managing assignments - internal audits & follow-up audits
  • Perform SOX walkthrough/ testing for assigned processes (AP, AR, HR etc.)
  • Independently work with US stakeholders and demonstrate complete ownership of assigned audit work
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate with various business and functional owners to ensure implementation of the commendations suggested
Required Skills:
  • Experience in SOX walkthrough/testing
  • Well-versed with accounting practices, industry best practices and regulatory laws
  • Good knowledge of internal audit methodology and framework
  • Valid passport
  • Valid US visa will be an advantage
