Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Audit & Assurance: Conducting audits in corporates, NBFCs, banks, insurance companies, and other sectors. This includes statutory audits, risk-based internal audits, system audits, credit audits, investigation & restructuring audits, compliance audits, limited reviews, etc.
2. BFSI Advisory & Consultancy: Providing advisory and consultancy services in debt restructuring, resolution plans, and loan syndication from banks and financial institutions
3. Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016: Handling corporate insolvency resolution processes and liquidation of companies
4. Taxation: Working in the areas of direct tax and indirect tax, including Goods and Services Tax (GST)
