Job Description

Job Responsibility

• QA attitude - Test to break attitude. Have a knack for understanding the system and finding bugs/deficiencies. Have it in you to suggest solutions to identified product problems. You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
• The basics - Automate product and API testing and write frameworks that perform at scale. Write scripts to avoid doing mundane tasks.
• Deeply understand REST APIs and their functioning, and help make them more efficient. You have a decent understanding of databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / NoSQL),schemas, and Docker.
• You have a good working knowledge of the language, constructs and paradigms of Java, from an automation perspective. You ideally should have worked on industry standard automation frameworks (JMeter, Cucumber, Vegeta, Maven, Gradle etc.)
• Abstraction - Should love building abstractions and frameworks to allow devs to write tests better and faster.
