While raising this outfit, security concerns of the past, prevailing scenario and perceived future security concerns were considered . Although started with a humble beginning , it has grown from strength to strength and today it has  nearly 600 employees . Looking ahead it is visualized to have head count of nearly 1000 in next one year .Has its registered office in Bangalore and a branch office in Mysore. It is intended to widen its operation to other parts of Karnataka .Right from its inception Hardcore Security grasped the pulse of security needs of various spectrum of industries, be it manufacturing, hospital, education or other kinds  .
